{ Delicious Roasted Backyard Potatoes }

Our baby farm potatoes are sooo buttery and delicious and really don’t need anything more than to be tossed with a bit of olive oil and sea salt and roasted to do them up right. However, if you’re looking for some extra flavour, try this family favourite of ours! It goes great alongside your (Herbert Farm) steak or chicken, and makes the perfect side to those backyard bbq meals. We seriously love them.

Roasted Backyard Potatoes

Tasty roast potatoes, great with any backyard meal!

  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil


  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • pepper, to taste


  • Preheat oven to 425°
  • Combine seasoning ingredients.
  • Slice any larger potatoes into halves or quarters, and toss them all together in a bowl with olive oil and seasoning to coat. 
  • Spread coated potatoes in single layer on pan or cookie sheet. Roast in oven for 40 minutes or until fork tender, turning once halfway through. Serve.
