{ Beet Greens Smoothie }

Beets for breakfast? Yes please! Nurture your immune system with this delicious (and nutritious!) smoothie. Using both the earthy beetroot and leafy greens, this boosting beverage is a tasty way to enjoy those CSA beet bunches.

This is also a great way to use up those leftover beet bunches kicking around in your refrigerator, or to make a quick meal to eat on the go!

Local Edmonton food blogger Jessica Musslewhite, thank you for creating this delish recipe for our CSA members (and all you folks who follow along on the blog). Enjoy!
