Beet Greens Smoothie

Servings: 2 people

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked or raw beets, chopped
  • 1 cup beet greens, cleaned
  • 1 - 1 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 - 1 1/2 cup mixed frozen berries (strawberries, saskatoons, raspberries)
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredient into a blender and mix until smooth. If necessary, add a few splashes of water to get the smoothie to blend.
