Roasted Backyard Potatoes
Tasty roast potatoes, great with any backyard meal!

- 1.5 lbs baby potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning:
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 425°
Combine seasoning ingredients.
Slice any larger potatoes into halves or quarters, and toss them all together in a bowl with olive oil and seasoning to coat.
Spread coated potatoes in single layer on pan or cookie sheet. Roast in oven for 40 minutes or until fork tender, turning once halfway through. Serve.
