{ Kale Everything Seasoning }

I don’t know about you, but we are always looking for new uses for all that kale that produces so abundantly in our garden. And we get even more thrilled when we find ways to make it last through the off-season like this one does (lasts up to 6 months)! This kale seasoning recipe is so simple and delicious, you’ll seriously want put it on everything.

You can use this on homemade chips, eggs, hummus, popcorn, tomatoes, fish, chicken, and roasted veggies– the options are endless! See “Dehydrated Kale Powder” tutorial to use with this recipe.

Kale Everything Seasoning

Use this tasty seasoning blend on homemade chips, eggs, hummus, popcorn, tomatoes, fish, chicken, and roasted veggies-- the options are endless!

Ingredients

  • 1/2-3/4 cup dehydrated kale powder  (see link above)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp dried onion flakes
  • 1 tbsp dried garlic flakes
  • 1-2 tsp flaked sea salt

Instructions

  • Make Dehydrated Kale Powder first using link in post above.
  • Combine ½ to ¾ cup of kale powder along with remaining seasoning ingredients. Store in an airtight container or jar for up to 6 months.
